If you've never tried this pairing you will be amazed at how delicious it is. Sweet honey and rich, pungent blue cheese is perfect at the beginning or end of a meal.

Ingredients

1/2 baguette
3 ounces blue cheese
2 tablespoons honey

Directions

	Step 1: Heat the broiler.

	Step 2: Thinly slice the baguette and place the rounds on a baking sheet.

	Step 3: Broil until they're golden brown (about 1 1/2 minutes per side).

	Step 4: Divide the blue cheese among the toasted bread slices and drizzle the honey evenly over them.
